As an educated, talented professional I have spent my career in (usually) prestigious and challenging environments. When I found myself in want of a position seeking not just employment but a "home" with an established firm to which I could contribute my background and expertise, I was curious to find such a description listed with Noll.

I somewhat skeptically submitted my resume' online and was contacted quickly by Virginia who asked me to come in to meet with her personally. At first meeting, it was apparent that Noll is not a quick-serve agency. Virginia--a first-rate professional herself--did not take my credentials at face value but in her singular energetic style took the time to discover thoroughly the depth and breadth of how my experiences matched and contrasted with the seeking-firm's needs.

To my surprise, Mr. Noll developed a proprietary personal/professional profile relied upon by a number of the nation's well-known corporations. The firm with which Virginia was in liaison to find their ideal candidate insisted on using Mr. Noll's system; I also participated in that process. At that point, any initial skepticism was a distant memory.

After rigorous evaluation and multiple interviews with the firm, Virginia called to notify me that the individuals at the highest level within the firm had decided on the other candidate in competition for the position for which I had applied, BUT the same individuals wanted to create a special position for me due not only to my face-to-face presence but in part because of the volume of energy and documentation Noll was able to provide them showing that I am a powerhouse of smarts, talent and perfect match to their culture.

I can try to express my gratitude, but it will fall short.
