I would never recommend anyone to live at Kits Court. I have found there to be VERY poor sound insulation across suites, it is impossible to not hear your neighbors every move above.
There are rat droppings on the ledges above parking lot which link to windows of the units (no screens) and total inaction on this rodent issue by Bastion. There are also no security cameras at front door or entrances. This does not feel entirely safe.
The suites themselves are very old and outdated feeling, things snap off or break constantly from use.
I have found the 'slow to act' landlord administrative response to be extremely less than satisfactory.
They also leave maintenance requests for weeks or months on end. Not worth the rental price at all. Avoid at all costs!
