I had my ultraviolet bulb replaced. When I spoke to the person on the phone she said it was $150. I asked her if the bulb was included and she said yes. I even asked her to verify it. Anyway, the service call cost me over $320.

They should have given me the total cost estimate when I spoke to them on the phone. They knew I would need a new bulb so it did not make sense to just quote me the service price.
