What a lovely property. Great staff- professional, charming. Each went out of their way to help us. My husband and I had just celebrated our 37th Wedding Anniversary- the individual making reservations was questioning if we were in town for anything special. When we reached our room, there was a platter of fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate and a bottle of wine on ice. I consider that a very gracious gesture but never met the person on staff so that I could give him my thanks.

Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. The lighting was great and the decor was what I would have expected of an Autograph, 4 star hotel. Beds were comfortable, extra pillows in room, refrigerator/small freezer kept items cold.and the in room climate/ air conditioner was quiet. Shower
was large and clean and there was plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast offered many choices and the food was delicious. We usually stay at boutique properties or up-scale bed and breakfast properties. I will stay at The Siena if I visit Chapel Hill and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
