Don't bother wasting your time with these guys!!! I had a 7:30pm apt tonight to meet with the sales guy for a $20,000 job and I was running behind. The sales guy called me to confirm and I told him I'm on my way. When I arrived at my home he lectured me on the fact that I was slightly late for our apt. I guess he's never been late before. What an idiot did he think he's the only guy in the heating & a/c business. Call AirWave or Hogg they are much nicer to deal with.
