Buyers Beware!!! The sales management team are full of fast talkers who are only interested in their bottom line!! Please do your due diligence!! Take ANY vehicle you are interested in to a mechanic or take one with you!!! Do not trust a soul in this place! They are not interested in keeping life long customers or producing good honest deals by selling good vehicles. Which would bring in word of mouth business. I went and looked at a 2017 GMC Terrain and took it to a mechanic. The mechanic found a bent and dirty Air Cabin filter (The air you breathe inside the car), A dirty Air filter more than likely because of the cabin filter, and worn brakes that only had 3 mm of pad left! Noticeable due to squeaking during test drive. I asked if they could repair these things or take the money off that it would cost to fix these items. I was told that they took the car in for a trade and lowered the price by almost $3,000. (Maybe because they knew of these concerns already) Also why would them lowering the price/value in one deal be my issue and you overpad the deal in the next?!?! I was ready and willing to pay $10,000 cash for this vehicle but not at the expense of spending another $800 in fees and $2000 for repairs!!!!! Ladies these men are scammers!!! Do not go here without a man/male friend and/or a mechanic!!!!! Thank me later.
