Roohi Birla has been my primary resource for recruiting for the past 2yrs because her and her staff are so incredible to work with. I absolutely love working with her because she treats my opportunities with a sense of urgency and utmost priority. When she is not available she reaches out to me letting me know and provides a secondary contact, but most of the time she responds while being off anyways. What impresses me most is the fact that she and her staff are truly looking out for the best candidates for me and my team, but even more so for the candidates they are trying to place.
