I worked with Manning Personnel Group for a few weeks and was disappointed with the service. My goal was to find places to apply to which aligned with my education/overall career goals. However, I did not receive any assistance from Manning group in finding employment. I would call once a week to check in and it seemed their goal was to get me off the phone as quickly as possible while providing the least amount of assistance. I took great initiative in keeping in touch with the recruiter at Manning, but was quickly discouraged when the help I was looking fell short. The service felt unprofessional from day one. No leads were given to me, they never followed up with me on anything. Unless I called them, they never reached out to me with any updates or information to provide me.
