The staff are deciptful, manipulative and arrogant. They hand out faulty phones and take no responsibility for it.
I have a four month old 8+ I went to get replaced. I tried to call the store over 20 times but no answer, so I decided to go into the store in person. (1 hour drive from where I live)
Long story short, they inform me of all these RIDICULOUS new terms and conditions they neglected to point out while going through the process of purchasing the phone. After sitting there for hours, even signing a new contract and being handed a new phone. I am told my four month old phone can t be replaced because it s NOT SIX MONTHS OLD YET!? and if I d like a replacement I have to pay over $300 upfront or wait two months and keep paying my bill for nothing.
If I had been made aware of the things I was today, I would have never signed a contract in the first place.
Today I wasted over 5 hours of my life and ended up walking out of your store with my broken phone in tears.
Thank you Wangaratta Telstra store for wasting not only my time and money but also causing me an incredible amount of stress.
