Very bad experience dealing with the owner of this...

Very bad experience dealing with the owner of this company Hans Krause. Shipped my items to the wrong location which he said he would fix before the items were shipped. Once shipped and delivered did nothing to assist in the matter other than telling me "just go pick it up from the other place". After I asked for them to resolve the issue he said I was a scam and is going to report me. Very unfortunate as I've been using Rae Crowther equipment forever. However, after this experience with Hans they have lost a previously loyal customer. It's about the principle of the matter, not the $250 dollar spent on the items.
