Let me just say that as a member of Central Payment I personal apologize to these merchants having these issues with Central payment. But this is on your sales Rep. Not Central Payment!!!!! I have a lot of clients with Cpay. they have no problems that are not resolved , because they call me and I do my job. this is my life! Please I am not blowing my own horn. I have had merchants leave and in less than 6 months call me and ask how they get back with me. I am a family run company and run into my merchants in stores here I cant afford to not do what I SAY. People the Merchant Service Industry is the toughest industry and if you have a great rep stay with them they won't let you down. You the business people need to take a little responsibility too! We are weeding our bad apples out. Central Payment a TSYS Company. the leader in this Industry bar none. Don't change companies tell them you want a new rep!
