Terrible experience. It was our first and last trip to this six flags that's for sure. If we had not have had a free kids admission from school and family visiting that wanted to try it we would have never went at all. None of the employees were friendly or nice at all. Maybe we are just used to Disney quality of service and culture but the crew here needs some lessons. Most of the employees seemed to be bored and would not engage with anyone...besides the obligatory high five for kids coming off the small rides. Lunch was the straw that broke my back. Went to the crazy horse saloon. Paid 45 bucks for lunch and there was no condiments. None staff acted like we were putting them out and were very rude and snippy. Asked about ranch and they said whatever is out there is what they have. What? There was plenty of ranch and ketchup but not here? 5.50 for a flat diet soda when they told my sister in law right behind me to not get it because they were flat. Well that would have been helpful. Staff was extremely snippy with here as well since all they had was blue cheese for the salads. Chicken was cold and lacked flavor. Kids mac n cheese was dry like it was sitting out all day. A park manager let us use a umbrella area at the water park which was nice but im over this place. Everything seemed like they want u to upgrade or meal plan. They nickle and dime people and the water area was the worse of the lot. Pay for chairs? Rent tubes. We traveled with 8 people and we are less than 45 minutes away. We were debating season passes, but now im debating tums for indigestion from an over priced sub par lunch. Ill take my family and business elsewhere.
