Service is excruciatingly slow. Huge customer base and not enough techs. The oil techs have no clue what they're doing. I took my car 2 weeks ago to have the oil changed under Toyota Care. This morning, after noticing some petrol smells coming from the car, I found that the oil tech didn't put my oil filler cap back where it belongs. I've driven over 1,000 miles with no cap. Oil was all over my engine bay. I brought my car in this morning to have everything looked at. The tech said the oil level was fine(after 1,000 miles with no cap) and that he cleaned the engine bay. I made sure to check before I left. He didn't clean the engine bay, and while I'm no mechanic; I'm pretty sure that an engine open to the elements for 1,000 miles should probably get an oil change. They are currently changing my oil and detailing my engine bay after I notified the service rep. What kind of ding dongs are working on our cars???
