I have been a window dealer since 1990 and over the years have done occasional business with Thermal industries and whenever there was a problem, they were one of the best at resolution. Beware!!!! this was before the company was sold to Atrium Brand Products and they now only provide a complete runaround that would appear to be orchestrated and done on purpose. I have been trying to get service from the factory for my clients window for 5 months and can't even get the courtesy of a returned call or email......if you are considering this company's products STAY AWAY
