Went in without appointment. Didn t know I needed one. Woman at desk was clearly overwhelmed, but proceeded to double book me with another client.
Woman was curt, impatient and kept switching from myself to other client.
I ended up leaving. I was willing to spend the ridiculous money they charge if the customer service had been outstanding, but it was far below Tile if America just down the road.
If they were busy, they could have kindly told me it was too busy to take walk ins and urged me to make appointment.
I have worked in customer service industry for many years; and they need a few of their employees to take some classes on how to work with people.
Never going back.
