I'm on hour 9 of waiting for a vehicle to receive ...

I'm on hour 9 of waiting for a vehicle to receive an oil change, 2 tires, and a low beam bulb replacement. This is an excessive wait time for these things. I work from my vehicle and have lost over $150 waiting for this. I promise pep boys will never be recommended to anyone I know.
