Theresa Grant was awesome! As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and Theresa worked with us for months to help us find the right place to call home. No question was ever too much! When we found the right house she negotiated hard for us, and made sure we were in constant communication. She had a scheduled vacation during our escrow and even with a 9 hour time difference she stayed on top of things via email and text, and her team worked hard locally to fill in while she slept. There was a huge snowstorm the day after we closed escrow and she checked on us to make sure we were okay! We are so happy in our first-ever home. Thank you, Theresa!
