I recently got my brand new 2015 mazda 3 at Joe Machens dealership. Ricky Bobby is definitely the best salesman I ever met. The experience offered by Ricky was stress-free and absolutely no hassle. He took care of every single step from start to end extremely nice and professional. Besides, everyone there is quite nice, thank Sybil for the demo part. About price negotiation, I could feel the sincerity and decisiveness from Manager Mike who really cares about customers and make every effort to help to close the deal! Personally, like his way of doing business.

Overall, I would highly recommend the experience with Joe Machens dealership, no hidden tricks on additional fees, loan aprs and add-on services, everything is crystal clear and easy to understand! I would like to go back with no hesitation next time I am looking for a car!
