Room and amenities were presentable and of a higher than normal quality. However we had anticipated our luggage being delivered to the room; they quoted us the wrong pieces of luggage present causing unnecessary panic that they were missing (when they are not) and that luggage delivery was delayed by four hours, leaving me to complete my laundry at 2 am.
