Long line to check in. Very few amenities in room....

Long line to check in. Very few amenities in room. No coffee maker, no frig we can use. Very long line just to get breakfast at the Cafe. Sit on hold on the phone for 10 min to speak with the front desk. High prices - $9 drip coffee. Five stars yeah right. Go somewhere else.
