I am very disappointed in Westkin Associates.

I am very disappointed in Westkin Associates.

Both me and my husband applied to work in the UK in the health care field. We contacted Westkin Associates and were assigned to work with a lady named Krish Ravindran, a caseworker. My husband and I explained we are both trained in the health field and registered in our home country. We were given information on what documents we needed and also the fees we needed to pay Westkin Associates. We were asked to give a deposit via money transfer / wire to Westkin in the amount of 850 GBP. with the balance to be paid upon completion of the VISAs A couple weeks later, we were asked for another money transfer / wire for another 300 GBP with the balance to be pain upon completion of the VISAs. Upon following up with Westkin associates, we learned the 1150 GBP we wired over to Westkin Associates had not been received, even though out bank here confirms the 1150 GBP was successfully received at the financial institution provided by Krish at Westkin.

After all this, we made several inquiries to Westkin Associates both by phone and e-mail but all messages went unanswered by Westkin staff.

We contacted lawyers in our home country, who with great time and effort, did manage to get partial refund of the 1150 GBP..

My husband and I are not quite sure if the issues we encountered with Westkin Associates came from this lady Krish or some other staff members, either lawyers or admin staff.
