Unwilling to work out any type of reasonable payme...

Unwilling to work out any type of reasonable payment plan (they wanted the equivalent of 85% of what I pay in rent each month...totally insane) They make it impossible to make good on my debt which I incurred during a lengthy illness last year. Rude and completely unprofessional not to mention totally unaccommodating. Terrible organization.
