Scheduled an appointment via referral by my spinal...

Scheduled an appointment via referral by my spinal surgeon and then was given a location closer to my house and cancelled. Their automated system keeps asking me to confirm or cancel and won't stop. HORRIBLE. I reconfirmed that my appointment was cancelled and they said they couldn't stop the texts. If I get charged for a missed appointment I will add that to this review.
