My Air Conditioner stopped running because the circuits flipped. I called for service since I was unsure of why it had flipped and did not want to do damage to the system. Jamie T. Is who was sent to assess and fix my problem. He was personable, knowledgeable, and cared about doing the job right. He assessed my entire system during my A/C check and convinced me to plan on scheduling a furnace check with him in the fall by just doing his job. He wore booties to protect my house and explained what I should do if the issue happened in the future and I was unable to get immediate service. Excellent communication skills.
