Great service from technician, Kenny Ward. He was knowledgeable and very thorough in his service today. UPDATE: Found out the tech let out a pound and a half of my refrigerant in my air conditioner, either due to negligence or intentional I do not know, but will not be allowing them to touch my system again! Not sure why my air conditioner was "checked" as they only installed a new heater!
