My issue is with billing. I was sent a bill to which I promptly sent a payment through my Flex Spending account. A few months later, I got a call stating there was never a payment made, so I sent a screenshot of the check number, check issued date, amount, and the Pay To information showing the payment was made. Suddenly, a year and a half later, I get a notice from a collection agency showing this same account went to collections. I did not get any calls or letters or ANYTHING after the first phone call in which I sent the check information to them...just a notice from a collection agency over a year later stating the account was never settled or paid. Now they are telling me they cannot accept the check from my Flex Spending agency and that I have to send it to the collection agency...which may not be able to happen. More than year without informing me that the account was not paid and the issue was not resolved and just sending the billing over to a collection agency? That is low. Lowest of the low. I even talked to the customer service rep in the billing department that admitted there had been no communications sent after March of 2020. I don't know how this place still is in business...really. I'll travel into Salt Lake before going to them again.
