Pacific Internet provides wonderful internet service. We switched from "the other one" in town because we were so tired of horrible customer service and paying too much for supposedly high speed internet that seemed to go down all the time. Pacific Internet is reliable and quite fast for us here in Ukiah. It meets all my needs as a graphic designer, which can be extensive at times! What I love the most about them is you get a real person when you call, and they truly care. They started the first internet service in town over 25 years ago and all the employees actually live in this area. That's why they care! They have a knowledgeable staff that readily fixes any issues you may have.
