From start to finish I have had friendly polite people helping me along with my new phone. My phone was delivered to a neighbour's house. Unfortunately the delivery company didn't leave a card so I was unaware of where it was. I rang and spoke to a lovely man who put a stop on it. The next day I had to ring back as the neighbour brought the phone round. I spoke to another person who unlocked it. I then found my sim was too big and again rang back. I recieved a new sim the following day and my phone was up and running within 45 mins. Thanks to all the staff that I felt with fantastic service
