Lived in Edge West Apartments. Wonderful apartments with perfect rooms, however I felt that Northcutt Realty did a very poor job managing the property. I was woken up multiple times by maintenance men who came to "fix" our blinds that were obviously not broken. We were fined without warning for placing trash bags outside of our room. From Monday to Thursday night, our neighbors were constantly having loud enough parties to where I could not sleep. I surely hope that I will not be chastised for my opinion on the company, however I would feel horrible about myself if I did not share my opinion with the general public pondering choosing Northcutt Realty.
