The worst experience ever! Went to pick up my dres...

The worst experience ever! Went to pick up my dress, and the owner said she donated my dress (that was completely paid for) to Catholic Charities. I called non-stop and then an employee called me to come get the dress a week later. When I got it home, it was clearly used. It has 3 holes in it, a missing button, and several that are lose. The employee said she wasn t willing to give me the vail and belt that I PAID $800 for. I ve tried everything I can to get them, I m beyond disappointed. I guess I should feel lucky that I got anything all I paid for. What kind of business owner treats customers that way? My advice, go somewhere else and DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
