Any time I have EVER had an issue (and there s been quite a few) it never gets done in a timely manner. I have to call constantly to remind them and check on when things will get taken care of. For example, I came home after work with no heat and it there was a freeze warning in my city and I called maintenance to come check it out...2 hours later the guy came by and said he didn t know what was wrong so he would send somebody out the next week so I had to go all weekend without heat. Elevators will be down for a week or two at a time. On top of that, anytime I ve had maintenance enter my apartment when I m not home, they leave my door unlocked! The list goes on and on. It s incredibly frustrating and anytime I ve tried calling the corporate office they are so rude and say they will have someone call me and they never do. NE properties is horribly managed. Fair warning!
