i'm frequent flyer here since 20 years and travell...

i'm frequent flyer here since 20 years and travelled in 100+airport,still old school and badly managed airport, few basics: You have to pay 2 for the trolley+toilette old and badly equipped+gate acccess control with ugly waiting system +passport control IN slow and always crowded+20-40 min waiting time at the luggage belt+ugly rental car access for pickup and drop off. Highway connection always crowded with high risk of traffic jam. i'm italian, i'm sad welcoming all our dear tourist with this Ugly airport. Milano is a great City, Malpensa is just an Ugly rural airport not at the right level.
