she was polite until I left a review on her Facebook page. I went in for a certian design which she said she was able to do. We discussed changing the yellow in the design to a copper in the ends/tips of my hair. Meaning to me the colour on ends would be changed. Im quite disappointed with Sandra's reaction as I was unhappy I didn't get what i paid for. Apparently quoted 275 for my design (at a discount). I did not make that quote she did. She has become quite rude all because my partner posted a response to her on her comments. I will not be returning or recommending her services. I went to JTs in morley and they have FIXED her muck up. I had chunks of copper from my scalp all the way to the ends which was not discussed to begin with it was discussed for the ends. I now have somewhat the colour i wanted with another appointment next week to finish it. My hair didn't look one bit like what I wanted. It was nice but NOT WHAT I WANTED.
