All these positive or good reviews are management or paid reviews. Do not use this home care agency for any reason. They run their business like a call center and are hyper focused on quantity of aides and cases over quality. You will never get in touch with anyone and if you do you will run into a million excuses and whatever issues you are having will not be resolved. They re customer service is horrendous because it seems like they do not have enough people working there to tend to your family s cases they way they should. They send aides to your home that have been working all night and that I am pretty sure is illegal. The aides do not get paid the highest rates available in their areas so it makes you wonder why you would go with an agency that pays their aides less than everyone else? They never have availability and the availability they have is those aides you would never hire yourself.
