I absolutely loved and enjoyed every second of this course! I would recommend to every person who has a love of yoga, to do it. It has really deepened my understanding of my own practice and given me confidence to share what I am learning with others! The Himalaya team are so lovely, supportive and encouraging! They are passionate and enthusiastic teachers and embody the yoga tradition with great integrity. Where ever you are at, on your yoga journey, this course will meet you there and take you to new possibilities and potentials. Thank you Himalaya yoga valley, I will be back for the 300 hr course : )
