I do not know what the lower users complain about. The staff knows perfectly English and quite Russian. And they are very kind. Rooms are clean, new mattresses. The pool water is clean. They did not want us extra for the room safe or other entertainment. Though there were Turks, there was no one crowded or dressed in the pool. Our stay was from 16.05 to 20.05.2018. Next year we are here, but for at least 8 nights.
