Used ER for my son on April 26th. He had severe pain, left lower area of stomach and pain in groin area. The ER Admin had him taken to the ER patient area promptly. They prepped, asked questions, hooked up IV's quickly working to diagnose issue. RN Gary was very attentive. The problems were with the others in the ER. You can le as rn a lot sitting behind a curtain... Two employees at the desk gossiping about others and the language was not professional (Profanity). Seemed like some worked while others tried to avoid it. Release from ER was a bit odd. Was told X,Y&Z would happen but never did. I stepped to the desk to be told we could just go if my son was able to walk. Smh... Needs improvement.
