While my past experiences with service representative Al has been great, I have had nothing but difficulty calling in to schedule any appointment and once I get into my appointment (if I can get them to pick up the phone) the wait time is forever and no one communicates with you. Last time I did have an appointment, they told me my car was still getting looked at when in all actuality it never had been looked at and the representative who I was working with, Clint, failed to tell me that my car was going to be kept overnight. I just so happened to call in right before they closed for an update when another representative told me that my car had NOT been looked at and that it was going to stay overnight. When I came up to complain about the lack of communication I was told it was not the representatives fault and that they are very busy. While I understand that, it would ve been nice for that to have been communicated to me. It WAS the representative's fault. If my car was kept overnight I wouldn t have been able to get to work in the morning. I have since taken my business to Firestone.

Also adding to my review, took my car to Firestone due to a nail in my tire and they informed me that my tires had not been been rotated in some time and due to my car being a front wheel drive car the tires need to be rotated or else the front wheels will be shot in no time. Well $450 later, I now had to get new front tires because they were not rotated. I have paid for tire rotation from this establishment for 2 years and each time my tires were "checked" and said they were fine. I have the receipts to prove it. When I go to Firestone, they tell me that my front tires have NOT been rotated and my front tires are unsafe to drive on. That makes sense because two days ago I was driving on the highway during a light rain shower and I was hydroplaning all over the place. Good to know that my safety was at risk for a service that was not done but I was paying for. Shame on St. Charles Nissan for their lack of communication and services. I would've made this complaint on the phone but they never answer nor return my calls. I will NEVER go back to this place. NEVER. I have never been so disappointed and angry in my life. Nothing but the worst from this place obviously.
