First you have to park a huge distance from your car. Then its a maze to find the check in. At check in they did not disclose the astronomical pet fee for one night, 150! Then after prepaying for the room the charged me again so my stay cost me 300 for one night in an okay room and I'm still waiting for a refund and release of a hold. We also booked a car ride to a comedy show and forgot to pick us up on the golf cart and no car was ready to take us. Very disorganized, no one offered to do a thing about all the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet at Prado is adequate but not worth the price. Never staying here again.
