I had over 30 years worth of DVD's and some of them were slowly fading away due to time. I sent them over 50 VHS tapes to be transferred onto DVD's. I was so pleased with their process. I was notified by email every step of the process. They notified me when my tapes were received. From there, I was emailed through every process so I would know where they were until there were ready to send them back. They let me know the day they sent them back so that I could track my package. I was so excited to see my box arrive on my front door. When I opened my box, there were all my VHS tapes along with my DVD's and those memories aren't lost forever! I would highly recommend Southtree for anyone looking to hang onto those old memories!!!
