I have been letting my flat with Charles Sinclair now for 10 years. I have never been tempted to change agents as they are good value for money and manage the property with minimal fuss. Mo Khan is in charge of lettings and I have a good relationship with him: he is professional and responds quickly and reasonably to any situation that might arise, including outside office hours.
