Both of my young boys (5&8)had never skied before we arrived in niseko in late December 2018. After one day both of them were skiing down the learner slope and had progressed to levels 1 and 2 by the end of the first day. We booked them in for the whole week of ski school and were not expecting anything major by the end of the trip.

We were pleasantly surprised that with their progression by trips end. The instructors (Gabby, Josephine and Juan) were exceptional and really connected with my kids.

Definitely coming back, definitely going to visit NBS. make sure if you hire gear that you have your instructor check it as they are really busy and my snow board bindings (for my first ever lesson) were dangerously loose - and had to be tightened by my instructor. Lucky I was rubbish and didn't put them under any stress that day.
