Received horrendous service while trying to make a...

Received horrendous service while trying to make a payment over the phone, I was told I was I was going to be charged a few which in the past I never have been as I pay with my BANK number and routing number which you guys have stated would be no charge. Your agent Jason was rude when I explained to him I will not send money via Check or Money as he suggested as he completely missed the fact I wanted to pay by bank and NOT CARD then he hung up on me.

POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

JASON IS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
