Where do we start. From start to finish Alexis was the perfect saleswoman and guide. Her responsiveness really made us feel like we were family or long time friends. EVERY time we called or emailed she answered the phone or quickly got back to us with complete information desired. So the short tell of our story is that we are a military family moving from Greatlakes, IL with less than 3wks of time to move and me getting underway. Needless to say they Alexis and her team made it happen with so much extra love it was unbelievable. All of our home inspection tours went well and the neighborhood is perfect!!!!!!!! Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located. Alexis made our first home buying experience painless. The only hard painful part out of it all was the waiting game for our keys and to walk in to our new home which I think all new homeowners feel. Truly this is how home buying should be.
