Switched accounts for my personal banking. Spoke to the CSR's at NDM 3 times so far to explain the delay in getting my electronic ACH payments set up again and not one of them actually documented my call or understood what I said. Continual phone calls all day long at work interrupting my day after the issue had already been resolved. Never the same person. No one followed through with updating the account. SUPER frustrating and made me very concerned with the lack of organization. No options for weekly payments and fast pay offs like other mortgage companies. No actual website for information unless you log in as a customer. Poor e-presence. This is my 4th house, and first time I have felt so disconnected from my lender. Definitely no personal service. Unfortunate.
