I did have a problem with Doyle. I pretty big deal for me. That said, that's life and it's how problems get resolved that really matters. Doyle's team very keenly listened to my issue, did their due diligence to verify my concern and then, unlike most these days, OWNED IT. Their sincere apology (multiple times) and follow up in communication AND action means they both heard everything I said and understood what was important to me. I highly recommend a company with that kind of corporate culture.
