We're completely new to uzbeki cuisine but this place has set a higggggh standard.
The lamb was juicy and very savory. I definitely recommend the manti and the lagman. There was a perfect use of spices and the lagman soup tasted just right.
The manti in the lamb was not a dry cut but rather has some fat which leaves the manti really juicy per bite. The first time I ordered manti from here, it almost felt like I ate soup dumplings!
