I had a Groupon for this restaurant for a while but haven't had a chance to use it up until today so I was very excited. My first impression was it was going to be very professional and fancy. We walk in the door, and the greeter with a black and white striped shirt had a bad attitude. She has one job to do make sure the customer is happy and seated to their satisfaction. I nicely requested to sit in a different seat and she gave me the biggest attitude as if I was bothering her, she tells me I already asked you where you wanted to sit. I tried telling her that I overestimated the table because the guy behind it was taking up most of my eating space so I couldn't get in I would have to squeeze in. I expect to get good service if I'm giving you money. Doesn't matter how much money. I was so mad I was almost about to leave but the waiter redeemed the company. The food was great, meat Was Juicy, the food bar was pretty good I liked the uniqueness of it but I wish there was more selection. During our meal I noticed the greeter was treating the other customers the same way as she treated me. when we were done with our meal I also noticed the greeter was playing on her phone on social media. That greeter with a black and white striped shirt working Sunday at about 1 p.m. was the most unprofessional rude greeter I have ever dealt with. Here is a word of advice, get off your phone and try to enjoy the customers stop getting annoyed.
