So today I finalized my 3rd order with Sonic Electronix and once again they really impressed me with their customer service skills. I had the pleasure of dealing with Travis through a slightly complicated transaction due to PayPal using my previous address. But Travis fixed it in a jiffy. And thats not even the beginning of how great he was. He got me an amazing deal on an amazing product. He was very proactive on making this transaction as smooth as he could. Making sure the customer, me, was not only satisfied but literally BLOWN AWAY by how well he treated me and helped me. He exceeded every expectation I had.
