I don t normally write reviews, but I needed to. I am happy with the work of the HVAC personnel. I did have issues with the the office not calling me when they decided to cancel due to weather. Of which, I stayed at the house waiting for them until after the service call time I scheduled. I get weather is uncontrollable, but on the day they canceled morning service due to weather before 8 o clock the rain had already stopped for about an hour and didn t start again until 3 pm. Called the office at 1 pm and said they had called and canceled all morning appointments. I had to inform them they had not called me. I was not happy at this point they told me I would be next. A few hours later at 3 pm they called and canceled (3rd time). Again I get weather was an issue but dilute to the lack of communication I wasted a third day off with no service call. When they called me I told them I need to be first in line!
I was called at roughly 7:45 am, I was already up and ready to go. They showed up and got the work done. All I ask is communicate with the customer and after rescheduling twice put that customer first no matter what because our time is important too! I will say the service people do excellent work and explain problems when they need to fix.
